The 2017 harvest, which is conducive to Chardonnays, combined with the sunny 2012 and 2015 vintages, offers a very nice balance. Great freshness and a pleasant finish characterize this Blanc de Blancs Champagne. The absence of sugar allows the wine to express itself fully. Also, this non-dosed Blanc de Blancs will allow the aperitif - in particular - to awaken the palate and whet the appetite.
The title of the cuvée is a true homage to the publication date of Madame de Lafayette's novel; bringing champagne even closer to the field of art in the broad sense.
